About Our Inspection Equipment
The Dakk range of equipment was developed from the ground up with railway examiners and engineers specifically for examining difficult structures where existing crawlers have failed.
Our aim is to use robotic solutions to enable inspections of structures that either cannot be accessed by a person, or where there are significant hazards posed by a man entry examination.
The system has proved itself carrying out hundreds of examinations on culverts without the need for dewatering and desilting; providing the asset owner with as much information as possible on the condition of the structure to enable them to make effective and efficient decisions on its management.
(Our equipment is constantly been redesigned and as such the images below may differ slightly from the latest models)

Our Range of CCTV Equipment

This standard package includes everything you need to carry out an examination. Dakk push head is designed to carry our Pan Tilt camera to places inaccessible to any other equipment. It can slide, scrape, float and push its way along debris, silt and flooded structures. It can float under bridges and through culverts to record examination footage.

A new design of crawler for debris filled structures. Lighting up a dark culvert.

The aqua Dakk can provide video streams and sensor information in real time, it can be equipped with multiple application sensors depending on the scenario (video and IR cameras, chemical and biological sensors).

High quality detailed images are essential for engineers to inspect a structure efficiently. Our cameras have all housed in a tough aluminum body with sapphire glass lens ensuring excellent protection for your equipment

Control Centre with WIFI, MP4 video, JPEG images, USB and keyboard. Can link to any android device to allow multiple screens to be used.

Reels and Tethers are available in 2 types, flexible or solid. All are highly portable and housed in steel tubular frames and feature sealed slip rings and meter counters and come in lengths of up to 100m. (longer lengths available to order)

Trak Dakk is a truly mobile battery-operated robot crawler which was developed from the ground up with railway examiners and engineers specifically for examining difficult culverts where existing crawlers have failed. It can negotiate difficult terrain and overcome obstacles often found within culverts.

The centering skids are available as static units for 75mm to 200mm pipes, above that we supply an adjustable 6 wheeled skate that helps optimize your view in the middle of the pipe.

Our self-levelling cameras are built to the same high standard as our Pan Tilt camera they are housed in a tough aluminium body and have high powered LEDs built in.
