'Dramatically reduced the effluent waste costs'
This installation called for a means to pump the factory production line washdown media from a buffer tank to a lamella plate oil water separator.
The pump is operated via level switches in the hopper based buffer tank and features an easy flush system which allows the operater to switch between 2 valves and recycle clean fluid from the separator back through the pump.
This flush feature not only recycles the effluent but also ensures the pipes and hoses remain as clean as possible.
The complete bund, separator and scraper skimmer system. FOGs are pumped into the hopper tank from the factory and then pumped through the separator using a 360-032 Dakk peristaltic pump.
The easy flush system comprises of a 2 valve manifold. The system allows the pump to be routinely flushed without reversing the flow. Simply close one valve and open the other and the suction will be altered from the buffer tank to the clean water section of the separator tank.
